This Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, share and protect personal data when you visit our website, submit a business inquiry or use an authorized administration function, and how you may exercise your rights.

Effective and last updated · July 16, 2026

Our core commitments

We collect only what is necessary for a defined business purpose

We do not sell personal data or use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies

We use access controls, transmission safeguards and least-privilege practices

We respect access, correction, deletion and other rights available under applicable law

1. Scope and data controller

This Policy applies to this website operated by Heils Technology, its associated inquiry form and authorized administration functions. Third-party websites, platforms or services reached through a link are governed by their own privacy terms.

The controller responsible for this website is Shenzhen Heils Zhongcheng Technology Co., Ltd., located at 501, Building 2A, Shangzhi Technology Park, 380 Guangming Avenue, Fenghuang Subdistrict, Guangming District, Shenzhen, China.

2. Data we process

Data you provide
When you submit a business inquiry, we process your name, email address, optional telephone number, message and selected interface language. Please do not include sensitive personal data unrelated to your inquiry in free-text fields.
Access and device data
Our servers may record IP address, access time, requested page, browser or device type, referring page and error information to select a default language, operate and secure the website, and diagnose faults.
Authorized administration data
For authorized administrators only, we may process a user identifier, display name and role or permission data through DingTalk, and use necessary session identifiers for authentication and access control.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Inquiry and business communications
To understand and respond to your request, arrange product or service discussions, and take steps you request before entering into a contract.
Website delivery and improvement
To present an appropriate default language, maintain reliable operation, investigate errors, and improve our content and visitor experience.
Security and compliance
To authenticate administrators, prevent misuse or attacks, keep necessary audit records, and comply with legal obligations.
Applicable legal grounds
Depending on the circumstances, we rely on consent, steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital interests, or legitimate interests recognized by applicable law. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We currently do not use advertising cookies or cookies to track public-site visitors across websites. The public website primarily selects a default language from the country or region associated with the visitor’s IP address.

For authorized administrators, we use strictly necessary security cookies to maintain a short-lived session and validate the DingTalk sign-in flow. These cookies are used only for authentication, security and access control. If we introduce non-essential cookies, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

5. Processors, sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. Other parties may process or receive it only where necessary in the following circumstances:

Service providers
Providers supporting website hosting, business email delivery, cloud storage, operations and security. We require them to process data only on instruction and apply appropriate safeguards.
DingTalk
Used only to authenticate authorized administrators and verify permissions. DingTalk’s own processing is also governed by its privacy terms.
Required disclosure
Where necessary to comply with law or a judicial or administrative request, or to protect the lawful rights and safety of us, our users or the public.
Corporate change
In a merger, acquisition, reorganization or asset transfer, we will require the recipient to continue protecting the data under this Policy or an equivalent standard.

6. International transfers

Depending on your location and the locations of our service providers or business teams, data may be accessed or processed outside your jurisdiction.

Where such processing constitutes a regulated cross-border transfer, we will implement the notices, separate consent, security assessment, certification, standard contractual terms or other safeguards required by applicable law.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy, taking account of business communications, contractual relationships, disputes, cybersecurity and legal obligations. Inquiry emails are generally kept while we address the request and conduct reasonable follow-up; security and administrator-access records are kept as required for operations and compliance; administrator sessions expire after a short validity period or sign-out.

When retention is no longer necessary and the law does not require it, we delete or anonymize the data. If immediate deletion is not technically possible, we restrict processing to storage and necessary security protection.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, least privilege, log and backup management, vulnerability remediation and service-provider oversight.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed absolutely secure. If a security incident may affect your rights, we will take remedial action and notify affected individuals and regulators where required by applicable law.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to information, access, a copy, correction, completion, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority.

To exercise a right, email heils@heils.cn and describe your request. We may reasonably verify your identity to protect the data. We will respond within the period required by applicable law; a request may be limited where the law permits or requires continued retention.

10. Children

This website is intended for business customers and professionals. It is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided data without a guardian’s consent, contact us so that we can investigate and act as required by law.

11. Third-party links and services

This website may link to WeChat, DingTalk or other third-party websites and services. Those parties independently determine their processing practices, which we do not control. Please review their privacy policies and terms when leaving our website.

12. Applicable laws and compliance principles

Within their applicable scope, we follow data and personal-information protection requirements including the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, and principles of lawfulness, fairness, necessity, good faith, purpose limitation, data minimization and transparency.

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), or another jurisdiction’s data protection law applies to a specific processing activity, we provide the corresponding rights and safeguards. This Policy does not expand the territorial scope of any law.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our business, technology or legal requirements change. We will post the current version and last-updated date here. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide a prominent notice or other appropriate notification as required by applicable law.
